my art journey
My art career began at 19 when I dropped out of a fine art degree after just three weeks.
I started selling my first commissioned artworks to friends and family, and that soon grew into a part-time business.
I have spent over 10 years making a creating artwork while travelling the world.
In 2024 I returned to my home in Australia and my passion and inspiration have propelled my art journey to new heights.

“Colour is my day-long
obsession, joy and torment”
– Claude Monet
my inspiration
I’ve always been a free-spirited person, with a love for bright colours, so it makes sense that I would incorporate this into my paintings.
My subjects are usually always the animals that I love from my home here in Far North Queensland.
I try to bring fun and excitement into my paintings through colour and movement, and sometimes a subtle cheeky grin on a cockatoo.
I make art because it’s who I am and it’s just a bonus that it gets to be my job too!
